Personal Pie

 This quick little crisp can be made anytime you are craving something sweet! Plus, this little guy is vegan!
Personal Apple Crisp
1-2 apples, sliced thin
1/3 c whole wheat flour
1/3 c brown sugar
1 tsp cardamom
1/4 c rolled oats
3 tbsp Earth Balance or butter

Preheat 370-400ºF (conventional oven or toaster oven)

-Mix together the whole wheat flour, brown sugar, and cardamom in a bowl, then add the Earth Balance and crumble together until it is well combined
-Add the rolled oats and disperse throughout the crumble mixture
-Place the sliced apples evenly in a small crock, top with crumble mixture (there will probably be extra), and bake for 20-30 minutes
