Look Out!

A wuh-oh. Look what I got.

This here, my friends, is my latest investment and equivalent to graduate school. Some people are school people, some aren't. I am not a school person. That doesn't mean I do badly in school, I've actually done pretty well for myself. That said, I will be graduating soon and I have no desire to go back to any sort of formal school, at least not anytime soon.

This caused a bit of an issue (in my head) when I realized that I'll be graduating with a handy dandy Liberal and Visual Arts degree and a resume rivaling a Jackson Pollock painting (It's just all over the place). Soon I'll have to navigate though a sea of high unemployment rates with those papers... Eeek!

So here is my solution for now: The Culinary Institute of America textbook. After considering culinary school then deciding to leave it on the back burner (Wow what an unintentional pun...) I thought I could just school myself from this HUGE textbook, try and get some more real life experience, then decide what to do. Nothing serious for now... no major life decisions. Maybe I'll decide to be a cook, maybe a photographer, or maybe I'll pull a Jeff Koons by making giant sculptures of balloon animals and calling it art. Who knows, but for now this book looks like it is going to teach me a whole lot about food, so hopefully I can share what I learn!
